As a Brand Manager, you will help develop, execute, and track marketing strategies that drive brand growth and profitability through collaborating with cross‑functional teams, external agencies, and research partners to ensure the brand remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with consumer needs. About you

Main Responsibilities:

• Support NPD by identifying opportunities and assisting with product development, positioning, packaging, and launches.
• Translate market research and consumer insights into actionable brand strategies.
• Develop annual brand plans and recommend positioning, communication, and innovation directions.
• Monitor trade execution, visibility, and pricing; identify in‑store improvement opportunities.
• Track competitor activity and provide strategic insights.
• Lead packaging development with agencies and internal partners.
• Assist in executing 360° marketing campaigns and ensure seamless cross‑functional coordination.
• Collaborate with agencies on communication, creative assets, media plans, and promotional concepts.
• Assess promotional and media performance and recommend optimizations.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
• Analyze sales, retail audit data, and brand tracking studies.
• Support digital and influencer strategy execution to build brand equity.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of research tools is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with solid project management and coordination abilities.
• Able to work cross‑functionally and handle multiple tasks.
• High initiative, strong follow‑through, and growth potential.
