Remote Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager at eBen, you’ll be the strategic force behind our brand visibility, and customer engagement. You’ll craft and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across the MENA region and beyond. This role blends creativity, analytics, and leadership in a fast-paced, and purpose-driven environment.

Reporting to our CRO, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and is ready to change how employers appreciate their people! In the role, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with eBen’s growth objectives.

· Campaign Execution: Launch and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and influencer platforms.

· Content Leadership: Oversee creation of compelling content including blogs, videos, whitepapers, and case studies.

· Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and maintain visual identity standards.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights.

· Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts.

· Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure ROI on all initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech

· Proficiency in tools like Odoo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and LinkedIn Ads

· Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, project management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Fluency in English Language both written and spoken

· Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
