Remote Operations Assistant

JOB POST — Remote Operations AssistantSaaS Activation + E-Commerce Support

Company: US-based company with multiple brands in SaaS, e-commerce, and auto salvage Location: Remote — Pakistan Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week Schedule: Must overlap with US business hours, minimum 5 hours between 8am–5pm CST Compensation: 70,000–100,000 PKR/month depending on experience Trial: 2-week paid trial with clear performance criteria. About the Role

This is not a simple data-entry VA role.

Your job is to keep customers, leads, listings, and follow-ups from falling through the cracks.

You will work across multiple businesses and help with SaaS customer activation, e-commerce listings, customer messages, sales support, and general operations.

We need someone who can learn tools, follow SOPs, communicate clearly, and figure things out without needing constant hand-holding.

You do not need to be an expert in every area on day one, but you must be smart, organized, reliable, and willing to learn quickly.

Priority 1: SaaS Customer Activation

We sell a SaaS product to US salvage yards. When a new customer signs up, your job is to help get the product live on their website without the founder being involved.

You will:

  • Monitor the onboarding dashboard for new signups
  • Contact customers who signed up but have not installed yet
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Join or support customer walkthroughs after training
  • Walk customers through installation using WhatsApp, Loom videos, screenshots, or screen share
  • Coordinate with the customer's web person if needed
  • Help customers install an embed code on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or similar platforms
  • Test that the product is live and working on the customer's site
  • Mark accounts as activated in the CRM
  • Answer basic customer questions
  • Follow up with live customers to make sure they are getting value
  • Help prevent early cancellations
  • Collect testimonials, screenshots, and customer results

Priority 2: E-Commerce Listings & Customer Service

We sell plasma-cut metal privacy panels and yard art on Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and our own website.

You will:

  • Create product listings on Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and our WooCommerce website with strong titles, descriptions, keywords, and mockup images
  • Use AI image tools to create lifestyle product mockups
  • Review AI mockup images for accuracy before using them. Reject images that change the product design, distort the size ratio, add fake hardware, remove details, or look obviously AI-generated.
  • Create at least 2 new listings per workday once trained
  • Respond to Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and website customer messages within 24 hours
  • Answer questions about size, finish, shipping, custom orders, and availability
  • Coordinate with our manufacturer on order fulfillment
  • Keep listings accurate and updated across all platforms

Priority 3: Sales Support & Call Review

We have a cold calling team selling our SaaS product. Most follow-up is automated. Your role is to help keep the sales pipeline organized and make sure interested leads do not get lost.

You will:

  • Review AI transcriptions of SDR calls
  • Tag common objections and customer questions
  • Identify missed follow-ups or CRM mistakes
  • Summarize call patterns for the manager
  • Clean and organize lead lists
  • Send follow-up messages when the automated system misses something
  • Update CRM records
  • Re-engage warm leads and past interested prospects
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized

Priority 4: General Operations & Content

When higher-priority work is complete, you will help with:

  • Updating website content such as product pages, FAQs, and basic landing page copy
  • Screening job applicants and reviewing voice recordings
  • Scheduling paid trial tasks
  • Documenting SOPs for repeatable processes
  • Collecting weekly team updates
  • Preparing payment summaries
  • Competitor research, vendor sourcing, and market research
  • Other admin tasks across the company

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable communicating with American business owners
  • Comfortable learning website platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy
  • Able to create Loom videos and screenshot walkthroughs
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
  • Comfortable using AI tools for writing, research, and image mockups
  • Experience using a CRM or other business software
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • WhatsApp for team communication
  • Able to work full-time with US business-hours overlap

Nice to Have

  • Experience onboarding SaaS customers
  • Experience with Etsy SEO or product listing optimization
  • Basic design sense
  • Experience working with US small business owners
  • Experience with customer support or sales support
  • Content writing or copywriting experience
