REMOTE - Pinterest Graphic Designer & Traffic Strategist

We are looking for a Pinterest specialist who can design visually compelling pins that drive measurable traffic to our blog and website. This role requires expertise in Pinterest SEO, design best practices, and performance optimization.

Master Terry Academy is building a media machine — and we’re not looking for average designers. We’re looking for creatives who understand algorithms, engagement psychology, and how to craft content that motivates people to follow, comment, share, and take action.

This is NOT just a graphic design job. This is a content warfare position — and each post is a bullet.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and publish Pinterest-optimized graphics tailored for clicks and saves.
• Conduct keyword research and implement Pinterest SEO strategies in pin titles, descriptions, and boards.
• Manage and schedule posts for maximum visibility and reach.
• Track analytics (Impressions, CTR, Saves, Outbound Clicks) and create performance reports.
• Experiment with pin formats (static, video, idea pins) to maximize results.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving blog/website traffic via Pinterest.
• Strong graphic design skills with Pinterest-style formatting expertise.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Pinterest Analytics, Tailwind, or scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
