Remote Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate onboarding
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn headhunting, job portals, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
  • Close positions within agreed timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication
  • Minimum 3+ years of versatile, end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple domains, including IT, Sales, Medical, and Hospitality
  • Experience in planning and conducting Training sessions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
