Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn headhunting, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
- Close positions within agreed timelines and budgets
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication
- Minimum 3+ years of versatile, end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple domains, including IT, Sales, Medical, and Hospitality
- Experience in planning and conducting Training sessions
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
