We are looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality candidates for our US-based voice process operations. This is a results-driven role that requires strong communication, a keen eye for talent, and hands-on experience in BPO or call center recruitment.

- Voice Process Trainers
- Quality Analysts / QA for Voice Process
- Team Leads / Floor Supervisors (Voice)
- Other roles related to US voice process operations
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
- Assess communication skills, accent clarity, and US process knowledge
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipeline
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in BPO / call center recruitment is mandatory
- Strong understanding of US voice process and cold calling roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Tech requirements
Candidates must have their own working tech setup before the job begins. This is a strict requirement. No equipment will be provided.

Fixed monthly salary - PKR 65,000
