Remote Recruiter — US Voice Process

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality candidates for our US-based voice process operations. This is a results-driven role that requires strong communication, a keen eye for talent, and hands-on experience in BPO or call center recruitment.

Roles you will hire for

• Cold Calling Agents — US Voice Process
• Voice Process Trainers
• Quality Analysts / QA for Voice Process
• Team Leads / Floor Supervisors (Voice)
• Other roles related to US voice process operations

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Assess communication skills, accent clarity, and US process knowledge
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipeline
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO / call center recruitment is mandatory
• Strong understanding of US voice process and cold calling roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Tech requirements

Candidates must have their own working tech setup before the job begins. This is a strict requirement. No equipment will be provided.

• Laptop or desktop computer (working condition)
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Headset with microphone
• Quiet, dedicated workspace

Freshers will not be considered. Experienced candidates only.
Fixed monthly salary - PKR 65,000

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
