Remote Sales Specialist – Medical Spa (In-Office Remote Role)

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center is a premier luxury medical spa specializing in aesthetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and wellness services. Our Austin locations continue to grow rapidly, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to focus exclusively on converting new leads into loyal patients and members.

This position is perfect for someone who loves sales, relationship building, and helping clients reach their aesthetic goals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist who will work from one of our office locations (Cedar Park or Bee Cave) and focus on remote sales and patient outreach.

This role is entirely sales driven, contacting potential and existing clients to discuss their goals, educate them on treatments, create treatment plans, and convert them into members and long-term clients.

This is an in-office remote sales role, meaning you will primarily work from the office but communicate with patients via phone, text, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads, consultations, and inquiries
  • Convert leads into memberships and treatment packages
  • Follow up with Groupon clients and convert them to long-term patients
  • Discuss aesthetic goals with clients and create treatment plans
  • Educate clients on services including injectables, skin care, and body contouring
  • Work closely with providers to structure customized treatment plans
  • Track sales activity in our CRM/EMR system
  • Maintain daily outreach goals and monthly revenue targets
  • Follow up with past clients and re-engage previous members

Sales Goals

This is a goal-oriented sales role.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (medical spa, aesthetics, fitness, or wellness a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated and goal driven
  • Comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and pricing
  • Ability to multitask and manage a sales pipeline
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
  • Commission on memberships and packages sold
  • Performance bonuses based on monthly sales goals
