Remote Scheduler/Administrative Assistant

Gameday Men’s Health Media, Haddonfield and Marlton locations are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare outcomes for men, specializing in Testosterone Replacement Therapy, ED Solutions, Weight Loss, Vitamins, Peptides and more. We are looking for a motivated and personable scheduler to work leads and book appointments across our three clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on managing schedules for several Gameday Men’s Health locations, including systematically responding to inbound digital queries as well as systematically making outbound calls to answer questions, schedule/confirm appointments and more
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage patient information
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently
• Multitask effectively

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong Phone Skills and desire to sell services
• Strong proficiency with CRM & EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and software

Qualifications:
Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, but not mandatory.
No current or pending HIPAA lawsuits
