Remote Shopify & Social Media admin

We are a growing e-commerce business in the consumer electronics industry, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Shopify & Digital Marketing admin to manage our online store and drive digital growth. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about both e-commerce and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:

  • Manage and maintain our Shopify store with a focus on electronics products and accessories.
  • Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, specs, and images.
  • Organize collections, categories, and filters for a seamless customer experience.
  • Integrate and manage apps for reviews, customer support, upsells, and email capture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and supplier sync.
  • Implement A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics to boost sales.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and run digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms for electronics buyers.
  • Set up remarketing/retargeting ads to re-engage website visitors.
  • Manage SEO strategy including product page optimization, technical SEO, and backlinks.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote new products, deals, and updates.
  • Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, email open rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate digital promotions for new product launches, seasonal sales, or clearance events.

Niche-Specific:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in electronics and consumer tech.
  • Write or manage the creation of informative content (e.g., blog posts or product guides) related to tech and gadgets.
  • Ensure compliance with product listing guidelines, warranties, and tech specs.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Liaise with suppliers, customer service teams, and fulfillment partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Shopify store (preferably in electronics or a similar category).
  • Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps such as Klaviyo, PageFly, Judge.me, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Attention to detail, especially with technical product information/specs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Shopify: 1 year (Required)
  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
