Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/macOS) and applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Handle user account management, password resets, and access requests in Active Directory, Office 365, and related platforms.
- Configure and support VPN, remote access tools, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions via remote desktop tools, email, or phone.
- Install, configure, and update software applications remotely.
- Log incidents, requests, and solutions in the ticketing system with proper categorization and priority.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams and track progress.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
