Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets.
Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours/day).
Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.
Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluency in English, written and spoken (near-native).
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high-volume global recruitment.
