  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets.
  • Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours/day).
  • Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.
  • Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (near-native).
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high-volume global recruitment.
