We are looking for a proactive and organized
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage end-to-end recruitment for our ongoing and upcoming projects. This requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands project timelines, and can deliver top talent efficiently.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Handle project-based hiring efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future projects.
- Post job ads, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the HR system.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in project-based or technical roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools.
