REMOTE - TikTok Content Strategist & AI Video Creator

We are seeking a TikTok content strategist who specializes in creating AI-driven short-form videos that capture attention and build audience engagement. This role requires creativity, trend awareness, and technical skills to transform ideas into scroll-stopping content.

Master Terry Academy is building a media machine — and we’re not looking for average video editors. We’re looking for creatives who understand algorithms, engagement psychology, and how to craft content that motivates people to follow, comment, share, and take action.

This is NOT just a video editor job. This is a content warfare position — and each post is a bullet.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert ideas and scripts into AI-generated TikTok videos using platforms such as Pictory, Synthesia, Descript, or CapCut AI.
• Edit and optimize videos with on-screen captions, trending sounds, and engaging hooks.
• Research trending content, formats, and sounds to keep videos culturally relevant.
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
• Track key metrics (views, engagement, retention rate) and optimize for growth.

Requirements

• Experience creating viral TikTok or short-form video content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with AI video tools and editing platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, For You Page optimization, and trend cycles.
• Ability to create data-driven strategies for follower growth and engagement.
• Creative storytelling and fast-turnaround content production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
