Remote Work - Personnel and Payroll

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Work Personnel and Payroll Specialist to manage and streamline our payroll and human resources operations from a remote setting. Responsibilities - Personnel

• Manage online ads for hiring, review and assess applications, schedule and conduct video and/or telephone interviews with qualified applicants.
• Manage employee data entry, updates, and recordkeeping to maintain current and compliant personnel files.
• Assist with tax filings by maintaining meticulous documentation of payroll transactions.

Responsibilities - Payroll

• Process card payments. and record all payments and deposits.
• Populate a worksheet of appointments. This worksheet tracks the appointment, technician (detailer), service fee, gratuity, and payment type.
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently using the company's existing Microsoft Excel template.
• On a weekly basis, email payroll reports to each technician; Calculate commissions and sales for each customer service representative.*
• Report payroll and earnings to the company owner on a weekly basis.*

*This role does not have the responsibility of processing funds for payroll.

Experience

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry with high accuracy (10 key typing) and analyze financial data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Docs. PDF editing and RingCentral experience is a plus.

This opportunity starts at $16.50 per hour plus bonus.
