The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Pre-populate renewal templates using SFDC data (terms, dates, etc); flag exceptions or missing fields for onshore review.

  • Maintain an auditable Google Drive structure; ensure all executed agreements and approvals are filed within 24 hours of close.

  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure full alignment between SFDC renewal records and archived documentation.

Data Hygiene & Reporting

  • Validate SFDC renewal opportunity fields and resolve or escalate inconsistencies.

  • Develop and maintain recurring renewal reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, renewal status, and exception trends.

  • Partner with onshore teams to refine reporting requirements and evolve metrics as renewal processes mature.

  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for all renewal-related reports and insights.Data & Insights for Renewals

  • Pull, clean, and synthesize datasets to support renewal negotiations, upsells, and coverage analyses.

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights highlighting shifts in coverage, usage, and retention risk.

  • Conduct variance analyses across renewal cycles to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Create visual dashboards or summary packs that help the onshore team prioritize renewal actions and conversations.
    Renewal Outreach Support

  • Build standardized client-facing renewal materials (one-pagers, readiness decks, and usage summaries) based on direction from onshore managers.

  • Generate visual insights and summaries to support renewal positioning and outreach planning.
