Renewals Executive for Buisiness Set up Company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end license renewal process for clients across free zones and mainland jurisdictions.
• Track upcoming renewals using CRM (Zoho) and ensure timely reminders to clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding renewal requirements, documents, and government deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, PROs) to complete renewals efficiently.
• Advise clients on renewal options, costs, and additional compliance requirements (e.g., VAT, UBO, AML filings).
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
• Maintain accurate records of renewals, payments, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly renewal revenue targets as part of the sales team.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services during the renewal process.
