Overview:
We are looking for a Renewals Specialist who will be responsible for managing all license and AMC renewals, from tracking expiry dates to ensuring timely payment collection and smooth renewal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all license and AMC renewal expiry dates to ensure no lapses.
- Contact customers at least 30 days prior to contract expiry to discuss renewals.
- Prepare and send renewal quotations accurately and on time.
- Process supplier purchase orders (POs) upon customer confirmation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain renewal invoices promptly.
- Ensure customer invoices are issued without delay.
- Follow up regularly for pending renewal payments.
- Share important updates and escalate issues as required to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in renewals, AMC, or account management (IT or technical services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and follow up persistently to ensure renewals are completed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
