- Lead and manage the Rent a Car division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet utilization, revenue growth, and market share.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs for the rental team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Customer Experience
- Oversee all customer interactions, ensuring a seamless, professional, and luxury-standard service.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes with efficiency and diplomacy.
- Implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives to strengthen RSL’s client base.
Fleet & Operations Management
- Manage fleet availability, allocation, and maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement and replacement planning for fleet expansion and upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE transport laws, RTA regulations, and internal company policies.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive rental revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that boost visibility and utilization.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and profitability reports.
- Monitor rental agreements, invoicing, and payments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting for compliance and management review.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor Rent a Car staff to deliver high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the department.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify training and development needs.
