Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry to join our team. As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of rental car services.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information about rental services, pricing, and policies.
  • Proactively convert sales leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to address payment discrepancies and provide resolutions promptly.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and pickup schedules, ensuring efficient planning to meet client requirements and operational deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and the operations team to facilitate seamless execution of logistics.
  • Conduct pre-delivery and post-return inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction data in the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the CRM portal to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights to management regarding customer trends, service gaps, and potential areas for growth.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.


Requirements:


  • Two years minimum experience in business development, car sales, or account management roles within the automotive industry or rent-a-car sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in  Arabic languages  is a definite advantage.
  • Valid UAE driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
