Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage rental leads across Dubai
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and close rental deals
• List and promote properties on major property portals
• Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and available inventory

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai Real Estate Rentals is preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• UAE driving license is an advantage
