Rental Fleet Coordinator

Overview

ABIS is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the rental fleet operations effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the rental agreements, tracking rental assets, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring timely delivery and return of rental equipment. The Rental Fleet Coordinator will play a key role in optimizing fleet rental utilization and maintaining accurate records to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental fleet activities including scheduling, delivery, and pickup of rental equipment.
• Manage rental contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth rental operations.
• Maintain accurate records of rental fleet inventory, usage, and status.
• Track rental equipment performance and report any issues or damages.
• Ensure all rental operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Assist in resolving any rental disputes or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare reports on rental fleet utilization, costs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in rental fleet coordination or asset management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management and rental software systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer service effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance related to fleet operations.
