Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental operations, including daily appointments
• Manage rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Conduct engaging public speaking and marketing initiatives to promote rental services across various channels
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organize front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or rental operations with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory management and retail math calculations accurately
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
• Experience in negotiation, public speaking, and administrative tasks to foster client relationships and team collaboration
• Ability to perform front desk duties while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer engagement skills

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
