Rental Sales Agent

• 120+ professionals in our teamWe’re now looking for a Long-Term Rental Agent — someone who knows the Dubai market, builds strong client relationships, and delivers results.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with incoming leads (warm and qualified!) without cold calls
• Find tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate deals
• Ensure properties are ready for move-in
• Support clients from first contact to handover
• Update CRM, analyze prices, and monitor competition
• Coordinate with internal departments (tech, admin, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year experience in Dubai Real Estate
• Strong English (Arabic is a plus)
• Car and driver license
