Rental Sales Agent (Pipeline)

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting rental car services, and learning the fundamentals of the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop sales skills in the dynamic car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer inquiries about rental services, pricing, and vehicle options.
• Provide basic information on terms, conditions, and rental procedures.
• Assist in the rental reservation process by inputting customer information accurately.
• Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collaborate with experienced Rental Sales Agents to understand customer needs.
• Acquire knowledge of the rental fleet, features, and available options.
• Provide customers with information on additional products and services.
• Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and company policies.
• Assist in completing rental agreements and related documentation.
• Learn and follow established procedures for efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth rental process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Work collaboratively with experienced agents to gain insights and skills.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can communicate in English. Arabic and other language is a plus.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Interest in the automotive or rental industry.
• Valid UAE driver's license or the ability to obtain one.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
