What you will be doing:

Manage and update reservations from all sources on time

Ensure and maintain availability of cars for reservations and walk in customers

Ensure accuracy while entering data on the system.

Maintain and update cash transaction on the system.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Take full ownership of customer complaints and fix it within agreed timeline.

Meet daily, weekly, monthly revenue and a few more day to day tasks

Preferred Skills:

Exceptional customer services

Arabic and multiple languages would be an advantage

Valid UAE driving license for light vehicle
