We are looking for a
Reporting Analyst
with strong
SQL expertise
to design, develop, and maintain operational and management reports using data from our
Warehouse Management System (WMS – LFS)
. The role will focus on building high-quality
Power BI dashboards
, writing optimized SQL queries, and supporting data-driven decision-making across logistics and warehouse operations.
As a
Data Analyst
, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights using Data Lake and Power BI. You will use various charts/graphs and visualization techniquests to present business KPIs using Power BI. Ability to Present your insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is important. Ensuring data accuracy and reliability, resolving inconsistencies, and collaborating with teams to improve data processes are crucial. Exposure to
WMS / logistics systems
will be a strong advantage.
Work Experience:
Proven experience (5+Yeras) as a Data Analyst/BI Developer, or similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization or within the logistics industry.
Technical Skills Required To Perform The Role

4-7 years of experience in data visualization using Power BI.

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Familiarity with data modeling and visualization best practices.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience to design Dashboard to be compatible with Mobile Devices

Expertise in extracting the data from REST APIs to Power BI Visualization Tool

Strong knowledge in understanding of Database Concepts and Ability to write SQL Queries

Able to Develop Data Models to identify potential opportunities and risks using the data sets

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing trends or patterns and reports.

Strong hands-on experience in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning).

Experience in Python is an added advantage
