Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboard Developer
to lead the design, development, and optimization of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role will support business stakeholders in making data-driven decisions by delivering actionable insights from ServiceNow data.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom reports and performance analytics dashboards in ServiceNow.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow’s reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Performance Analytics, Report Designer, Data Visualizations).

Develop and maintain scheduled reports and KPIs to support SLAs, OLAs, and business metrics.

Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across ITSM, HC, CSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Ensure data integrity and governance by working with data owners and platform teams.

Continuously optimize and enhance dashboards for usability, performance, and value.

Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reporting architecture.

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features in the reporting and analytics space.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in reporting and analytics.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Performance Analytics, Reporting).

Strong experience with
ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA)
, standard reporting, and data visualization.

Solid understanding of
ServiceNow data structures
, tables, and relationships across modules.

Proficiency with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) for custom solutions.

Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
