REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR LAB COATS AND BAGPACKS

Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 (a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), is a Not-for-Profit Organization implementing various health and development projects across Sindh, Punjab, and KPK, Pakistan.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from reputable vendors/suppliers for the supply of the following items required under the ISD Project:

Terms & Conditions:

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

• The last date for submission is 06 November 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.

• Delivery must be completed within 10 working days after confirmation of Purchase Order.

• Delivery will be required at Shifa Foundation Karachi Office.

• Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (WHT, GST) and delivery charges.

• Quoted rates should remain valid for four (4) weeks.

• Invoice must mention the Income Tax Number/CNIC of the supplier.

• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or some items as per requirement.

• Payment will be made within 20 working days after submission of a valid invoice/bill.

• Payment will be made through cross cheque in favor of the vendor/company.
