You are requested to submit your sealed quotes as per Attached Details;

Terms and conditions:

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted, last date of quotation submission on 05 September 2025. after due date will not be considering.
• Sealed quotations must be clearly labelled with the vendor’s name and project reference,” Quotation for Donation BOX” and submitted before the specified deadline.
• Delivery of goods within 10 working days after conformation of Purchase order.
• All applicable government taxes must be included in the quoted rates.
• The selection will be made based on price competitiveness, compliance with terms, and overall value offered.
• Items will be delivered to Islamabad Office
• Quoted rates should be valid till Four Week.
• Preference will be given to vendors whose offices will be based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
