The prices quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies.

Any bid quoting prices exclusive of applicable taxes or subject to future tax adjustment shall be treated as non-responsive.

• Vendor can send their quotation via email to pc.procurement@srso.org.pk or in a sealed envelope to “SRSO Head Office, Sukkur.”
• Any overwriting and cutting on the quoted rate, the quotation will be rejected.
• SRSO will not entertain RFQ that differs from the required specifications.
• The quoted rates will be valid for 30 days. The quotation must be dated and signed (if applicable).
• Delivery: In Nineteen (19) SRSO Community Cluster Secondary Schools in district Shikarpur and Kashmore-Kandhkot.
• Please share your expected delivery time.
• The payment will be processed by cheque and directly deposited into your bank account within 25 days after delivery.
