Require a Business Finance Manager in Dubai

This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute financial plans and forecasts
  
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and business modeling to support strategic initiatives
  
• Interpret complex financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders at all levels
  
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (including Oracle) to manage financial data and reporting
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in business planning, financial analysis, and business modelling
* High analytical ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
* Expert-level proficiency in Excel
* Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
* Qualified CA and/or MBA in Finance
* 5+ years of experience in finance roles within the Healthcare industry (Financial Analyst, Accountant, etc.)
