Require an Finance Director in Jeddah

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, recommending mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Stay current with evolving financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices in the Kingdom.
  • Assist in the implementation of new financial technologies and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, analysis, or accounting within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, Saudi Arabian financial regulations, and audit standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
