Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates

Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs

Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets

Requirements:

Graduate degree in HR, Business, or related field

0-1 years of experience in Telecalling

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
