REQUIRED CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR (MAYMAR PROJECT)

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time

Major Responsibilities:

· Oversee construction activities

· Manage labor & subcontractors

· Ensure quality control

· Address project delays

· Maintain records & safety

· Coordinate with stakeholders

· Prepare progress reports

Details of Responsibilites:

Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site staff and subcontractors.

Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and time sheets.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to implement construction plans.

Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.

Ensure proper use of materials and equipment, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.

Assist in preparing progress reports and project documentation.

· Should have an android mobile along Bike.

· Job timings are from 8 : 00 am to 7 : 00pm

· Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Site Supervisor in construction industry related residential expertise
