Civil Officer - Construction

Job Title: Civil Officer
Location: Thar Site
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise civil construction activities in line with approved drawings, BOQs, and specificationsConduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reportsEnsure implementation of quality plans, QA/QC procedures, and construction material testingEnforce HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, JSA, TBTs, and safety auditsMonitor project timelines, milestones, and contractor performanceVerify contractors’ invoices based on actual work executedParticipate in D-level meetings and coordinate with contractors and subcontractorsOversee civil repair and maintenance activities to ensure structural integrityMaintain proper project documentation (hard & soft records)Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HSE and Project Management teams
Education & ExperienceDiploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)Minimum 8 years of relevant civil construction experienceStrong experience in BOQs, bar bending schedules, site supervision, and AutoCADProven exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
