Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the resale of properties, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
• Train and guide junior sales staff in resale operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in property resale.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai property market and legal procedures.
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
