Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will


• Manage the full resale process: property listings, pricing, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

• Provide accurate property valuations and market insights.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Mentor and support junior consultants in resale practices.

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and brokerage partnerships.

• Ensure all resale transactions comply with legal and company standards.


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate resale or secondary market sales.

• Strong knowledge of the local property market and resale trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
