Research Analyst

Position Overview

As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in our project delivery team by sourcing, screening, and onboarding industry experts for research engagements. Your goal is to identify and engage professionals with the right expertise to deliver high-quality insights. You will work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to understand project objectives and required expert profiles
• Source potential experts through LinkedIn, professional networks, and databases
• Conduct screening calls to assess suitability and experience
• Communicate project details and guide experts through onboarding
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
• Build and maintain long-term expert relationships
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and research tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
