As a Research Analyst

You will be connecting international audiences, top industry professionals, and niche-targeted respondents with forward-thinking clients to help answer credible industrial questions through tangible, on-ground, verifiable industrial insights.

All analysts will be trained and required to utilize their skills in negotiation, professional communication, client service, and multiple soft-skills which will help pave their way to successful careers in commercial and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Recruitment: Identifying gaps in research requirements and using industrial insights to provide secondary research through collaborative research engagements.
• Screening & Vetting: Screen and assess all experts for incoming projects to ensure a proper match of suitable respondent profile.
• Compliance: Navigate complex compliance requirements and operational procedures that differ across a wide pool of clients, industries, regions and audiences, therein representing Radfore's key value proposition.
• Target Oriented: Meeting and exceeding monthly goals and metrics on multiple high priority projects, at any given time. Manage multiple projects and requests while adhering to specified timelines

We're Hoping You

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Have Entry Level to Two Years of experience in client-facing, account management or entry roles in relevant industries such as business services, market research, consultancies, social sciences etc.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements in our young and growing firm.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated oral and written abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about new topics.
• Ability to build and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals.
• Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment.
