Research Analyst (Statistics & Social Sciences)

OneClick is seeking a Research Analyst with strong writing, research, and analytical skills to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates from Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines who enjoy conducting research, analyzing data, and producing high-quality reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that support business objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation, mentioning research methodology, interpretation of results, and core research findings, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and apply statistical models to understand and predict trends, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses, measure effectiveness, and inform strategy.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to support project goals and optimize performance.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Business, HRM, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Research Methodology.
• Knowledge of Quantitative and Qualitative Research techniques.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago, and other citation styles.
• Familiarity with EViews, SPSS, STATA, R, NVivo, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
