Job Description – Research and Data Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research and Data Analyst to support our business development initiatives. The role focuses on market intelligence, opportunity mapping, lead identification, and field-based research to strengthen the outreach and adoption of our medical education technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and evolving needs within the healthcare and education ecosystem.
- Research institutions, professionals, programs, and learning requirements to support strategic expansion initiatives.
Competitor & Industry Analysis
- Analyze competitors’ offerings, positioning, partnerships, and engagement strategies to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Track industry developments, professional engagement formats, and learning models relevant to medical education.
Lead Identification & Data Research
- Research and identify potential leads, including decision-makers, influencers, and institutional contacts.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate contact information and lead data through structured research methods.
Field Research & Outreach
- Conduct field visits to prospective institutions and stakeholders to understand requirements, introduce solutions, and gather actionable insights.
- Support outreach efforts by mapping regional opportunities and institutional readiness.
Business Development Support
- Assist sales and marketing teams with research-backed inputs for outreach planning, partnerships, and engagement strategies.
- Support identification of opportunities related to academic programs, professional learning initiatives, and collaborative engagements.
Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare and academic stakeholders to enable long-term collaboration and business growth.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare structured reports on market findings, lead status, competitor activity, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain organized research documentation to support ongoing and future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in market research, business development, or related analytical roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare, education, or technology-driven service environments.
- Willingness to undertake field-based research and stakeholder interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
