Research and Development Officer

We are looking for a skilled R&D Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nutraceutical and skincare formulations, along with a strong understanding of product development, testing, innovation, and market trends. Candidates having exposure to marketing, or commercial understanding within leading pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetic companies will be preferred.

Qualification:
Pharm-D (along with MBA preferred as an additional qualification)

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve nutraceutical and skincare formulations
• Conduct R&D trials, testing, validation, and documentation
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
• Support product development in line with market trends and consumer demand
• Assist in product positioning, innovation concepts, and launch planning
• Stay updated with industry trends, ingredients, and innovations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Practical experience in product formulation, testing, and development
• Familiarity with ingredients, stability testing, and quality standards
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical and cosmaceutical formulations
• Exposure to product marketing, branding, or commercial coordination will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of dermatological and cosmetic formulations will be preferred
