JOB SUMMARY:


Oversees Healthy Options Program integrated data systems, to include but not limited to survey data, program data, assessment data, and secondary data sets - cleaning and analysis. This will include updating protocols from previous year, setting data entry schedule, running preliminary analysis to check for data quality, cleaning and managing the data set, providing initial analysis and assisting faculty and students with analytic support. Mentorship (with students) and research/evaluation role. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:


50% - Essential - Data Analysis:
Conducts analysis of survey data for annual county reports, High Obesity Project/Health Options Program evaluation reports, and manuscripts.

30% - Essential - Data Quality:
Conducts preliminary analysis for data quality.

20% - Essential - HOP Data:
Updates Healthy Options Program Survey Data Protocols and ensure that data entry team is following all protocols.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education - A high school diploma and professional experience involving research, data management and record-keeping activities. A bachelor's degree with mathematics and/or statistics courses may be substituted for the required work experience.
Work Exp 3+ years with the High Obesity Project (Healthy Options Program)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:


Education - 1st Doctoral / Professional Degree - Public Health

COMPENSATION INFORMATION


Expected Pay Rate: $18.90/hour to $25/hour


Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
