Research Associate, Department of Medicine

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Assist investigators in overall research program implementation
• Conduct literature searches and support development of study protocols, grant and ERC applications
• Collect data using qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Support development, implementation, and validation of research tools
• Perform data entry, cleaning, management, and analysis
• Assist in manuscript writing, abstracts, and research reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate communication among research teams and stakeholders
• Perform other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in MBBS, MD, BDS, or BSc Nursing from a recognized university
• 1–2 years of relevant research experience in an academic or clinical research setting
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Strong literature search and academic writing skills
• Proficiency in REDCap, SPSS, MS Office, EndNote or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel to field sites, if required.
