Job Description
Responsible for supporting the management of the assigned research grant within the specific department.

Job Duties
  • Assist in post-award funded research administration.
  • Record and monitor funded research project accounts.
  • Serve as a facilitator to faculty implementing their funded research.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and meet with faculty and staff involved in funded research administration.
  • Act as a liaison between faculty and university departments and offices. Process research expenditures including all actions of hiring, purchasing, and account monitoring of both internally and externally funded research. Collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Programs and PIs on the execution of funded research. Identify and participate in both internal and external personal professional development opportunities.
  • Create, promote, and facilitate events, trainings, and workshops for faculty. Assist in pre-award funded research administration as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
