Research Coordinator, Paediatrics & Child Health -MC

• working with the Principal Investigator or research supervisor to establish and achieve the aims and objectives of research projects
• developing and running sequence analysis pipelines for next‑generation sequencing data, including human and pathogen datasets
• curating and maintaining software tools, reference datasets, and bioinformatics pipelines for research use
• preparing written documentation for algorithms, validations, QC, SOPs, and pipeline updates
• contributing to manuscript writing and the development of research outputs
• supporting faculty members in planning, managing, and conducting research by recommending appropriate analytical methods
• presenting results of bioinformatics analyses and software testing internally and externally
• conducting literature reviews, testing, and validation of new data analysis tools
• preparing and presenting weekly project activity reports
• performing any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• MS in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or equivalent in a related field
• one to two years of relevant experience
