The Education Data Management Division is looking for a dedicated individual to lead the Private and Heritage school data collection, reporting, and program support for the state. This position is responsible for:

Data collection administration and maintenance
Developing and maintaining business and software requirements and documentation
Conducting software application testing
Analyzing data and conducting data quality assurances
Compiling data to meet state data reporting mandates and respond to Ad-Hoc data requests.
Developing and maintaining web-based reports/data files and web content.
Maintaining office web pages and serving as backup division web coordinator
Providing technical support for data collection and use
Providing programmatic support for private and heritage schools
Responding to inquiries from the field and public, and serving as the Department's private school data liaison

This position is headquartered in Sacramento and may be eligible for a hybrid telework schedule for eligible applicants residing in California. A hybrid telework schedule includes working remotely and physically reporting to the office.
