Key Responsibilities

- Research innovative brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and menu concepts.
- Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and management to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the F&B industry.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Provide recommendations for cost-effective sourcing and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in product development within the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, culinary innovation, and restaurant operations.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have solid experience in R & D in Specialty Coffee Shop and Restaurant Industry
