External Job Description

Job Purpose:

Development of New products, product modifications and upgrades, product testing and benchmarking, joint value creation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualization of the technical approaches, planning and execution of the experiments - Processing of batches of product under development using various paint processing
  
  

Equipments.

• Testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
• Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India.
• Generation of the test reports and evaluation of samples for optical and other aspects of paint performances.
• Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability and performance assessment.
• Support to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/OPC.
• Preparing the technical reports, maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva
• Testing of complaint samples if any and resolution
• Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities
• Handling of customer complaints
  
  

Qualifications: B.Tech polymer science, MSc chemistry

Work Experience : 1-3 Years in construction chemicals/waterproofing/tile adhesives
