The Research & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting market and audience research, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of content, processes, and deliverables. This role combines analytical thinking with a commitment to maintaining high standards in both data and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities: Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Prepare research reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
  • Provide insights to guide programming, marketing strategies, or client campaigns.

Quality Assurance

  • Review programs, reports, or advertising materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and checklists.
  • Monitor output for technical and editorial quality (sound, visuals, timing, data accuracy, etc., if in media).
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with production, content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure research data supports decision-making.
  • Train and support staff in applying quality assurance procedures and data reporting standards.
  • Participate in performance evaluation and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Statistics, Media Studies, or Quality Management.
  • 3–6 years of experience in research, data analysis, or quality assurance (preferably in media, advertising, or market research).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or Google Data Studio).
  • Familiar with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
